WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All items are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out same day, and orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out by the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Shipping Times

To Queensland Metro - Up to 2 business days

To Queensland Country - Up to 5 business days

To all other states (Metro) - Between 3 and 6 business days

To all other states (Country) - Up to 10 business days

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For hygiene reasons, jewellery is not refundable, except where a manufacturer's fault occurs within 3 months. In this case, we would be happy to allow you to select another item for exchange, a refund, or a store credit.
