WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All items are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out same day, and orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out by the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Estimated Shipping Times

To Queensland Metro - Up to 2 business days

To Queensland Country - Up to 5 business days

To all other states (Metro) - Between 3 and 6 business days

To all other states (Country) - Up to 10 business days

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can purchase items through our website by credit or debit card, or through PayPal.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We are not able to offer gift cards at this time, but they will be coming soon!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

PLEASE NOTE, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong style,size or colour.
We do offer refunds if an item is faulty or not what you ordered but only if there is no suitable replacement in stock for that item.
WE WILL EXCHANGE any items you have mistakenly ordered by prior arrangement .
If an item of the same style is returned and no item of that style is available then a credit will be given against another item which must be of the same or greater value and must be purchased at the time .
Credits can not be held against future orders.
All postage returned items must be paid for by the customer plus an addressed post bag to cover postage of the replaced item unless it was faulty or our fault.
